Wherever and whenever we gather to share God’s Love and news from each other’s lives, there is fellowship.
Every Sunday after the 10:30 Eucharist, we gather for refreshments and conversation. Come experience this informal fellowship to help you discover how your life path might fit in with God’s plan.
St Hilary’s also offers structured opportunities to get together in community and fellowship, including:
Craft Group
This group is not currently meeting.
Gather on Mondays at 1 pm, from the beginning of September until the end of June. You don’t need to be skilled at crafts to come. Some of the projects we have accomplished include: knitted preemie caps and afghans for the nursery at Trillium Health Partners; heart pillows for the Cardiac Unit; knitted hats for chemo patients at Trillium Health Partners; toiletry bags for young people staying at “Our Place Peel”; and bed mats made out of plastic milk bags for people affected by natural disasters in many parts of the world. No milk bags are needed at this time
R.U.M
(Retired or Underemployed Men)
If you are a retired or underemployed man you are invited to join the R.U.M. lunch group every third Wednesday of the month. We start with midday prayers in the church; share a light lunch together; and hear a presentation from a guest or member of the group about a topic.
